we forget to live the present.
at its core, learning to live in the moment:
is meditation.
when you sit still, focus on each breath:
it’s an attempt to live purely in that moment, just experiencing it.
any activity that helps you experience this, is meditative.
for me, its swimming.
each stroke, surrounded by nothing but the sound of water.
for my wife, it’s cooking.
could be anything.
find your thing.
it’s liberating.
