Minimum Viable Action

say, you want to get in shape.

you buy a gym membership, go on a diet.

typical.

few weeks down, you’re back junking and forget the address of your gym.

also typical.

why?

all the good stuff demands a long term commitment.

almost all of us, fall off the wagon.

your pack of abs will come not from a 3 month brutal bootcamp.

but from consistency in workouts + eating right.

our mind likes it’s comfort zone.

you push it too far from where its nice and comfy, good luck.

idea here is to take minimal viable steps to build a rhythm.

workout for 5 minutes every day to begin with.

cut 1 extra bread from your diet.

slowly build momentum.

you get what you want + mind doesn’t have to stray too far away from it’s comfort.

win-win

fin.
